I think that it is a great starting point for the D.O.G ALR. I do have a few questions regarding the distribution of funds. But I think that overall this is a strong document which will get us off to a good start at the state level and addresses many of the questions that always surround any organization that has a large membership from a very diverse population. Good job Pat I know that you have been working on this document for many months.
