Good afternoon,
This is to inform you of our (Post 192) concerns regarding our newest member (Ryder) of the ALR.
Attached you will see the 1st picture in a series of pictures to follow from the witness (name and Post to
be presented at a later date) regarding negligence.
The picture attached is of a person in with the guardianship has been entrusted. If found to be innocent
by a jury of his peers, these charges will fade away (like a "GHOST")...
Charges are as follows:
1. Ryder (seen in the picture) without proper safety gear
2. Ryder was left unattended on a motorcyle
a. Weather conditions: HOT & SUNNY
b. NO water bottle or dog dish in sight
Statement:
(startgrg) On 13 June 2010 @ aprox.11:00hrs, I George Guthrie, Post 192 Evans, Ga, noticed an ALR
member in distress. Ryder (member's name) was left unattended on the back of a motorcycle. I was
concerned for the safety and well being of Ryder and asked if he was "Ok". He did not answer. I decided
to allow Ryder to sit inside of our AIR CONDITIONED cabin where I offered Ryder a cold drink of water.
(Pat Garrett received similar cold drink and extra water was donated to the truck prior to departing). As I
was showing Ryder some 192 hospitality, I was threatened with a gun by the person that will remain a
"GHOST", and ordered to return Ryder for more neglect. Concerned for our safety, I turned custody of
Ryder over to the proper authority (SARGE) for further investigation and to add to the EVIDENCE for this
case. (nothing follows at this time)grg
Sincerely,
George Guthrie

After a review of the document as presented, If in fact a weapon was used in a domestic situation and in
the presence of such a young Ryder I would recommend counseling for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
ASAP. It has been documented that a situation where violence was observed by someone as young as
Ryder can cause permanent emotional scaring of his psyche!

I also noticed that in the picture Ryder was NOT wearing proper footwear that was given to his
captors....uh, uh keepers...uh, uh custodians.... Yeah that's it custodians. What would happen if he was in
accident and his paws were not protected? Further evidence to follow.

After I offered Ryder a cool drink in our air conditioned cabin, I could tell he was still distressed, so we
thought that he may feel better if we showed him we care... Our witness asked to take some pictures as
Ryder and I sat on my bike. I explained that we could not go for a ride due to the lack of Ga required
safety gear. This is when we discussed contacting the proper authority. And THEN it happened!!! Oh the
horror!!! This is when the Ghostly... Errr, I mean GHASTLY gun incident happened, but I managed to keep
myself between the villain and Ryder until I handed him over to the Sarge on duty. It was a HUGE gun
complete with an orange tip. Must have been a silencer or something. I think I am going to need therapy
as well as the poor abused and neglected young Ryder.
Respectfully,
George R Guthrie

Imagine our surprise when we noticed (immediately of course) that our beloved mascot Ryder was MIA at Boys State this year. What a great opportunity was missed for Ryder. Not only was Ryder denied the honor of meeting, sharing and learning from many great young patriots (the future of our great nation), he also missed out on much fellowship that would have come from visiting with others in his ALR family (some of whom he hasn't even met yet). So, just where was Ryder during this important D.O.G. event? We don't know (yet) but we are pretty sure that we will be able to sniff out the excuses uh I mean reasons very soon. Ryder won't wear the Boys State Patch. Oh the humanity!

EVIDENCE
During the American legion Convention I asked Jimmy "Ghost" Clayton where my friend Ryder was during
the Boy's State ride. He stated that he attended a Post 145 event and was previously committed. I have
thought about it and would like to know if the Post 145 event was on Friday of that week or was it on
Saturday? If it was on Friday, then I withdraw my complaint about him not being at Boy's State. If the
event was on Saturday then further evidence is submitted of a cover up and worse one brother gave
false intel to another!

During the D.O.G. Breakfast Ride, once again... Ryder ended up in my possession.
EVIDENCE
At the rest stop in Thomson Ga. I observed our beloved Ryder all alone strapped to a motorcycle in the
hot sun way down on the very the end of a very long line of motorcycles. After further investigation I was
able to determine that Ryder's guardian (Ghost) had asked a member of Post 192 to "keep an eye on
Ryder" while he (Ghost) took care of some personal business inside the store. The member (Joe Padgett)
happily agreed and faithfully stood guard over Ryder. Upon his (Ghost's) return Joe asked what he
(Ghost) wanted to do. Ghost replied that he would resume guardianship of Ryder and would "watch" him
from the shaded area near the fuel pumps. Joe left.
I placed Ryder in my air conditioned tour pack with food and beverages. (OK the afore mentioned intel
might be a tad overstated.) But, Ryder was secured in a safe location.
It was a full 10 minutes later when Ryder's guardian (Ghost) noticed that Ryder was missing. I immediately
and very gently guided Ghost to Ryder's secure location.

EVIDENCE
TO: Prosecutor
FROM: Post 29
Please forgive me for bringing this to your attention but I must inform you of the mistreatment of our
newest member to the ALR family, Rider, I attended the 2010 retreat and had a good time until I saw with
my own two eyes the way Mr. Ghost treated Rider and is just horrifying, to this day I still have nightmares
over the whole thing, obviously Mr. Ghost is no Casper so, I’m going to muster-up the courage to write
you while I wipe the tears away.
Exhibit-1A:
This picture was taken as the ALR’s returned from lunch on 12 Jun 10 approximately 1330 hrs, picture
clearly shows our beloved Rider NOT wearing his proper riding gear i.e. no helmet as required by
Georgia statute: 40-6-315. (a) No person shall operate or ride upon a motorcycle unless he or she is
wearing protective headgear which complies with standards established by the commissioner of public
safety.
Exhibit-1B:
As prior ALR members have testified of the abandonment and neglect of Rider, this picture shows Rider
being rescued by a member from Post 192 because that big bully Ghost left Rider sitting in the hot
Georgia sun for unimaginable time without
water, as Georgia statute states
: 16-12-4.
(3) 'Willful neglect' means the intentional withholding of food and water required by an animal to prevent
starvation or dehydration.
c) A person commits the offense of aggravated cruelty to animals when he or she knowingly and
maliciously causes death or physical harm to an animal by rendering a part of such animal´s body useless
or by seriously disfiguring such animal. A person convicted of the offense of aggravated cruelty to
animals shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than five years, a fine not to
exceed $15,000.00.
The member from Post 192 is a hero; he needs to be given some type of humanitarian award.
Exhibit-1C-1Ca
This third exhibit is the most shocking of all and is the reason I’m going to therapy, it clearly shows Mr.
Ghost in his Ol Yeller hat carrying a firearm and the other picture is with our hero from Post 192 shielding
our little buddy Rider, from that crazed Ghost in his Ol Yeller hat. Please forgive me for pointing out the
State statute but, if he is convicted please, oh please make sure he has to get his own switch not from a
tree but a briar patch. 17-5-51. Any device which is used as a weapon in the commission of any crime
against any person or any attempt to commit any crime against any person, any weapon the possession or
carrying of which constitutes a crime or delinquent act, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less
than 20 years, a fine not to exceed $1,000,000.00
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I must go to my therapy, my sessions are at my church
“Heavenly Father of the Miller Lite” they are so wonderful there, when I leave it’s like……my worries are
flushed away.
