CONTEST RULES
Only one (1) entry per e-mail address. Entry form must be filled out in it's entirety. Each department must have a
minimum of Ten (10) Entries. Each Department must have a minimum of one hundred (100) votes. Vote as often as
you wish but only one (1) entry will be counted per visit. Vote for your own department only. All entries must be
submitted no later than 10 December 2008. All entries will be posted on the www.usalr.org website for voting. Voting
will begin on 25 December 2008 and run through 25 January 2009. One (1) winner per department. Winners will be
announced on 1 February 2009 on the www.usalr.org website.
